<rsc_fpops_est> seems to be set far too low. Initial estimated time on my Q6600 XP system was 10:35; the average for the 2 tasks I've completed so far was 1:57:32.

I realise that the average processing rate in the host application version will cause the estimate to improve over time, but the immediate effect was to raise DCF for the project. This caused the estimated time for openMalaria A & B tasks to be inflated by a factor of 11.
