I got on my A64 X2 4600 13 wus malariacontlBeta 5.50 and on my A64 X2 4400 1 wu.
They were crunched without problems.
But i would like to know what are these wus.

Most of the malariacontrol workunits we send out are part of our parameter estimation process. We discard the data as soon as the results are assimilated and the goodness of fit has been calculated by comparing the predictions to field data. We only keep the parameter values and the measure of fit, the prediction data is just too much to store.
Periodically we want to evaluate the fit of the predictions by plotting them against field data. We choose candidate model parameterizations and rerun all (currently 61) scenarios, this time keeping the data. That\'s what runs 46-52 were about. We used the test application because there we can have shorter deadlines.
Here are two examples for a scenario which predicts age-prevalence of parasitaemia, for two different model formulations:
