	my boinc does not start with the followoing error GUI RPC bind to port 31416 failed: 99 I noticed it searches for a file name remote_hosts.cfg which does not exists.

	Hi Bertrand, check with lsof, if port 31416 is in use by another process. (Sorry, can't check which parameters to use, sitting in front of Win XP ATM :( ) Michael ____________ Team Linux Users Everywhere

	i recreated the remote_hosts.cfg file containing www.malaricontrol.net and now boinc works. Still nothing in the manager.

	Try a project reset or clearing all BOINC's temporary data?
