I have been running the Malaria program for a while. I have tried playing with my preferences but it only works on 4 WUs at a time.My disc usage is at most 300MB. I am no computer genius just a guy who wants to help. My computer is not used very much and it seems Boinc/Malaria is not taking full advantage of this. I have screen shots (tiffs) of all my info but can't attach it or get it into this message. Any suggestions?

Your computer is listed as having 4 processors. That means it can only run 4 tasks at the same time.
If there are more than 4 processors you'll need to adjust On multiprocessors, use at most in your Computing preferences to increase the number BOINC is allowed to use (e.g. to 100% to use all of them).
If you don't want BOINC to stop running when you're using the computer you should also set Suspend work while computer is in use to No and Suspend work if CPU usage is above to 0% (BOINC applications run at low priority and will get out of the way when you need to use the computer for anything else).

One other thing, there are MANY tweaks you can do, do NOT use a screen saver on your pc. Screen savers use cpu power to run, the cpu tells the graphics card what to do and when to do it, and your crunching will slow down just a bit. Set your screen to not use a screen saver and when you walk away just push the power button on the monitor.
