malariacontrol.net is the first application that was ported to BOINC in the framework of africa@home. africa@home is now looking for other applications that fit the following profile:
-Computer intensive science application
-Addresses a pressing health or environmental problem
-Focuses on African needs

Please contact africa@home via ICVolunteers if you have an application that fits this profile or would like to volunteer to help in porting an application to make use of Volunteer Computing.
