I've noticed with the last few batches of test wu's that my cpu usage for the cores crunching Malaria seems to fluctuate between about 20% & 100%.
This is only with Malaria work. For example if I have one Malaria wu processing alongside three wu's from other projects one core will fluctuate, if I have three Malaria & one other crunching three cores will fluctuate.
I don't recall this happening previously with regular wu's but I could be wrong.
I run Boinc 5.10.45 on Kubuntu 8.04
It's not a big problem for me, but seeing as it's test wu's I thought I should mention it so you can fix it if necessary for the regular work.
