    Scientists from Glasgow University claim they have created a device which can detect malaria within minutes.

      Interesting.
      Let's hope it can be replicated and marketed as a cost-effective tool, otherwise it'll likely end up as nothing more than a technically interesting development.

        I was thinking of the cost too, if it can come be made really cheap, it could come into the realm of being purchased with donated moneys!
