Here's to yet another infrequent update -- certainly not matching the frequency requested. I am wondering what the outcome of the British elections is going to be though.

With regards to model development, we've been finishing off the case management model with some smaller features, such as treatment modifiers, a diagnostic model, treatment-seeking delays in less severe cases, making sure patients in hospital are no longer transmitting malaria to mosquitoes, etc. We also have a new infection model integrated into our simulator, courtesy of Guillaume.
