WU start/restart loop.

	My system here, a fully patched up to date Windows XP on an Intel 4 core, (Q6600), using BOINC 7.0.25(x86) yesterday downloaded this wu. It is misbehaving. It starts to run, runs for around 15 seconds, then the time returns to ---- and we begin again. It is looping. No twiddles or tweaks. Suspended at the moment, pending suggestions. ____________ Wave upon wave of demented avengers march cheerfully out of obscurity into the dream.

Abort that one unit and see what happens over the next several, I just checked your account and out of 5 units 3 were completed and validated just fine. Hopefully it is just a bad unit.
